Refunds & Returns

  • Hairshop.com.au accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Change of mind returns are accepted, however, the purchaser is responsible for the associated costs of return postage and re-postage (if required) and store credit or exchange will be provided – we do not refund for change of mind.
  • Products ordered incorrectly can be returned, however, the purchaser is responsible for the associated costs of return postage and re-postage (if required) and store credit or exchange will be provided – we do not refund incorrect purchases.
  • All return items need to be unused, unopened and in their original packaging or the refund/return/exchange will not be granted.
  • On the rare occasion a good appears to be faulty, we will have it assessed once sent back and we will be responsible for postage costs.

Refunds & Returns Process

If you would like to request a refund or return in accordance with our policy above, please follow this process:

  1. Email our customer service team to advise them of the refund or return request – customerservice@hairshop.com.au
  2. You will then be provided a link to purchase return postage (and re-postage if applicable).
  3. You will then be provided a shipping label for your return, simply attach and drop your package at your nearest post box or in your local post office.
  4. For refunds – store credit will be provided once the returning item(s) are received.
  5. For exchanges – your replacement item(s) will be dispatched once the return(s) have been received.
